
Bed of Strawberries
- About fifteen ripe strawberries
- 1 bottle of Vintense Cabernet-Sauvignon
- Freshmint leaves
- 20 g powdered sugar
- Cut the strawberries into slices and place them in a large bowl.
- Finely chop the mint leaves and add them to the strawberry slices.
- Add the sugar to the bowl and mix.
- Leave to chill, in the fridge, for 1 hour.
- Pour the glass of Vintense Cabernet-Sauvignon onto the strawberries and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
